Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,312 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP454, C4BPB, and KCNA5. Each is linked with SEMA3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3G versus RNA5SP454 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
