SEMA3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are Syk, EGFR_pY1068, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with SEMA3G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Syk grouped by SEMA3G-low versus SEMA3G-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
