SEMA3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are LELP1, UNCX, and NUP35. Each is linked with SEMA3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LELP1 grouped by SEMA3G-low versus SEMA3G-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
