Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,496 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, SLC25A13, and GTF2I. Each is linked with SEM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SEM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEM1 versus DNAJC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
