Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,850 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIN2, TRIM29, and BLCAP. Each is linked with SEM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEM1 versus RIN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
