SEM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,715 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2J, POP7, and LAMTOR4. Each is linked with SEM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEM1 versus POLR2J in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
