Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,692 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 7-methylguanosine cap hypermethylation, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of DNA replication. Each is linked with SEM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SEM1 results are reported.
