SEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPDR1, HSD17B2, and LAT2. Each is linked with SEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEM1-to-partner and partner-to-SEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPDR1 grouped by SEM1-low versus SEM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
