SELPLG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELPLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,359 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELPLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, APOL3, and PTPN22. Each is linked with SELPLG in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELPLG-to-partner and partner-to-SELPLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELPLG versus SLAMF1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELPLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELPLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
