SELPLG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELPLG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,185 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELPLG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF6, PTPN6, and PTPN7. Each is linked with SELPLG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELPLG-to-partner and partner-to-SELPLG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELPLG versus ARHGEF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELPLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELPLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
