Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELPLG protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,339 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELPLG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAP1GAP2_S9, PTPRC, and PTPRJ. Each is linked with SELPLG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELPLG-to-partner and partner-to-SELPLG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELPLG versus RAP1GAP2_S9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELPLG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELPLG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
