Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELPLG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELPLG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with SELPLG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELPLG-to-partner and partner-to-SELPLG results are reported.
