Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD93, CLEC1A, and FLI1. Each is linked with SELP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELP-to-partner and partner-to-SELP results are reported.
