Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,893 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB8OS, RIC8A, and SNRPA1. Each is linked with SELP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELP-to-partner and partner-to-SELP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8OS grouped by SELP-low versus SELP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
