Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,078 significant associations in total. KICH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPEG1, TNFSF8, and WDFY4. Each is linked with SELL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELL-to-partner and partner-to-SELL results are reported.
