SELL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,717 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, CR1, and CD37. Each is linked with SELL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELL-to-partner and partner-to-SELL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
