SELENOW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOW RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,892 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOW-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOSIP, CHMP2A, and NDUFA13. Each is linked with SELENOW in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOW-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOW versus NOSIP in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOW→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
