SELENOW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOW RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,252 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOW-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ARHGAP35, and PPP1R13L. Each is linked with SELENOW in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOW-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENOW versus INPP4B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOW→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
