Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENOW mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELENOW-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-5P, NUTF2P8, and RN7SL43P. Each is linked with SELENOW in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOW-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOW results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP2-5P grouped by SELENOW-low versus SELENOW-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENOW→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENOW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
