Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENON protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,502 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SELENON-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, PLOD1, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with SELENON in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENON-to-partner and partner-to-SELENON results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENON versus CRTAP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
