Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENON mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENON-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SELENON in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENON-to-partner and partner-to-SELENON results are reported.
