Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELENON RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,334 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENON-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of response to oxidative stress, Skeletal muscle tissue regeneration, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with SELENON in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENON-to-partner and partner-to-SELENON results are reported.
