Across TCGA cell cohorts, SELENOF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,075 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENOF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Cytosol to Golgi apparatus transport, and UDP-galactose transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SELENOF in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENOF-to-partner and partner-to-SELENOF results are reported.
