SELENBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,806 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, PLEKHA6_S459, and DDAH1. Each is linked with SELENBP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SELENBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SELENBP1 versus PLEKHA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
