SELENBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SELENBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SELENBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, MSH2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SELENBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SELENBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SELENBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by SELENBP1-low versus SELENBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SELENBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SELENBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
