Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEL1L3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEL1L3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SEL1L3 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEL1L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where SEL1L3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
