Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SECTM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SECTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL1, PSME2, and IFIH1. Each is linked with SECTM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SECTM1-to-partner and partner-to-SECTM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SECTM1 versus APOL1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SECTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SECTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
