Across TCGA patient cohorts, SECTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SECTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and ETS-1. Each is linked with SECTM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SECTM1-to-partner and partner-to-SECTM1 results are reported.
