Across TCGA patient cohorts, SECISBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SECISBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ERK2, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with SECISBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SECISBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SECISBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
