SEC63

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC63-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with SEC63 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC63-to-partner and partner-to-SEC63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by SEC63-low versus SEC63-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
