SEC63

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC63 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,072 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC63-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF484, SPARCL1, and PLSCR4. Each is linked with SEC63 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC63-to-partner and partner-to-SEC63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC63 versus ZNF484 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
