SEC63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC63 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC63-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR_pY1068, and Notch1. Each is linked with SEC63 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC63-to-partner and partner-to-SEC63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SEC63-low versus SEC63-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
