Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC62 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,535 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC62-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRAD, AHNAK, and THSD1. Each is linked with SEC62 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC62-to-partner and partner-to-SEC62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC62 versus RRAD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC62→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
