Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 601 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC62-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY15P, RBMY1E, and MBD3L3. Each is linked with SEC62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC62-to-partner and partner-to-SEC62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY15P grouped by SEC62-low versus SEC62-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC62→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
