Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC62 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC62-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, p90 RSK, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SEC62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC62-to-partner and partner-to-SEC62 results are reported.
