Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC62-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPB42, PRAMEF8, and SIGLEC14. Each is linked with SEC62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC62-to-partner and partner-to-SEC62 results are reported.
