SEC61B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,674 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC61B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, SEC16A, and IARS1. Each is linked with SEC61B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC61B versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
