The most reproducible SEC61B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPTBN1, EPB41L5, and RPN1. Each is linked with SEC61B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61B results are reported.
