Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC61B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Bax, and p90 RSK_pT359_S363. Each is linked with SEC61B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SEC61B-low versus SEC61B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
