SEC61A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC61A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC13, RAB43, and SEC22A. Each is linked with SEC61A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61A1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC61A1 versus DNAJC13 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
