Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC61A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,742 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC61A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A9, MYOZ1, and GARNL3. Each is linked with SEC61A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61A1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC61A1 versus SLC4A9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
