SEC61A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC61A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,181 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC61A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi transport vesicle coating, COPI coating of Golgi vesicle, and SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition. Each is linked with SEC61A1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC61A1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC61A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Golgi transport vesicle coating grouped by SEC61A1-low versus SEC61A1-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC61A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC61A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
