SEC24D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,037 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM114A1, P3H1, and TMEM263. Each is linked with SEC24D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24D-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24D versus FAM114A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
