SEC24D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,510 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24D-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR3, PDGFRL, and COL1A1. Each is linked with SEC24D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24D-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24D versus KDELR3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
