SEC24D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1194P, MIR6752, and SNX18P27. Each is linked with SEC24D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24D-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1194P grouped by SEC24D-low versus SEC24D-high in THCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
