Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,889 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with SEC24D in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24D-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24D results are reported.
