SEC24D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH4, GCAT, and CBY1. Each is linked with SEC24D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24D-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH4 grouped by SEC24D-low versus SEC24D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
