The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SEC24C Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC24C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where SEC24C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
