Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC24C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEC24C data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SEC24C mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC24C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SEC24C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
