SEC24C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,084 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS35, CCDC6, and ANXA7. Each is linked with SEC24C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24C versus VPS35 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
